From kitchen basics and bath essentials to cozy extras and kid-friendly gear, we’ve carefully stocked the home with items that make life easier, meals smoother, and downtime more peaceful. Whether you’re here with your partner, a big family crew, or just a few close friends, you’ll find everything you need already waiting for you—thoughtfully chosen, neatly stored, and ready to use.

Here’s a full list of what you’ll have ready and waiting for you the moment you arrive:

In the Kitchen

We believe great meals bring people together—so we’ve stocked the kitchen with both the big tools and the little things that make a difference.

Basic cooking staples:  ✔️ Olive oil  ✔️ Vinegar  ✔️ Salt & pepper

Wraps & storage:  ✔️ Cling wrap  ✔️ Aluminum foil

Filtered drinking water:  ✔️ One full jug of water provided (additional available for purchase or refill)

You’ll also find all the cookware, utensils, glassware, serving dishes, and small appliances you need to cook comfortably—whether it’s a simple breakfast or a full dinner spread.

In the Laundry Room

Located off the mudroom, the laundry space is stocked with everything you need to do a quick load (or clean up after a day at the beach).

• Detergent (septic safe)

• Fabric softener

• Dryer sheets

• Basic cleaning supplies (sprays, wipes, dish soap, etc.)

Whether you’re freshening up swimsuits or cleaning up after kids, it’s all ready to go.

Welcome Basket for All Guests

Because we love a thoughtful touch, every stay includes a curated welcome basket with a few local or seasonal goodies. Think: snacks, a handwritten card, and sometimes a surprise treat depending on what’s fresh and available in the County.

It’s our way of saying, we’re so glad you’re here.

Children’s Amenities

Families are warmly welcomed here and we’ve made sure the youngest guests have what they need too:

• High chair

• Portable crib with a full set of crib sheets

• Changing area setup

• Kid-friendly dishes, cutlery & cups

So you can travel lighter and feel right at home.

Bedroom & Bathroom Comforts

Each bedroom is set up for total rest, with extras included just in case:

• Shampoo, conditioner & body wash (stocked in every ensuite)

• Extra blankets & pillows (in closets or drawers)

• Soft towels for indoor use

• Lake towels available in the lower lounge bathroom, perfect for a swim, paddle, or dockside sun soak

We also provide septic-safe products throughout the house, so everything’s easy on the environment and the plumbing.
