The Lakehouse is equipped with an August Smart Lock, allowing you to secure the home quickly and easily without the worry of carrying a traditional key. It's one of those thoughtful little details that quietly becomes part of your stay—easy to use, reliable, and ready whenever you are.

As you're leaving, simply press the red August logo on the exterior keypad. After a moment, you'll hear a short confirmation beep, letting you know the front door has locked securely behind you.

That's all there is to it.

No searching through pockets to make sure you have a key. No second-guessing whether the door was locked before you drove away. Just one quick press, and you're free to enjoy everything the County has to offer.

And when the day comes to an end—perhaps with a few bottles from a local winery, fresh pastries from a nearby bakery, or stories from another memorable adventure—you'll return to a Lakehouse that's ready to welcome you home once again.
